Through hands-on sessions, you will learn to stop repetitive patterns, habits, and automatic reactions. These patterns can appear as chronic pain or tension, difficulty in relationships, getting stuck in moods, or experiences such as long term anxiety or depression. While we may be addressing relational or emotional issues, the key to breaking these patterns is learning to become your body.

Each body (and person) has an individual potential, and by working on areas in the body that you automatically compress, tighten, or constrain we can unlock pockets of energy that help to fulfill this potential.

Sessions in Boulder, Colorado

This work is transformative in increasing awareness of embodied patterns and learning to change them. I’m in the process of learning to slow down and notice what my body is communicating to me about my needs and feelings. This is resulting in more empowered action, especially about topics that I’d rather side-step. As an example, an important relationship in my life that I’ve been ambivalent about for awhile transformed significantly during my work with Lilliebrook, as I kept hearing on a deeper level what I was feeling, needing, and wanting. I’ve found this process (and Lilliebrook’s particular approach) to be spacious yet powerful, insight-producing, and an integrated way of increasing self-awareness and choosing new ways of being.
